Introduction: From a long time ago, benefiting from Technology has been an inevitable thing for human interests, which is born and based on science. It can be claimed that there is harmony between ethics, science and Technology, which promote each other. In this article, the researcher discusses this harmony and compatibility. Material and Methods: The current review study was descriptive and using the study of sources and research keywords among the books and articles published in the databases of Thomson Information Institute, Science Direct and Pub Med. Conclusion: As science and Technology continue to advance and become more integrated into our daily lives, ethical considerations become increasingly important. For example, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has raised questions about the potential implications of creating machines that can make autonomous decisions and take actions. If science and Technology were considered as a tool, it should have been able to subjugate humans and influence all aspects of behavior and values. While it has become a problem that eventually becomes aligned with morality by applying reason, and people now seek help from it as a tool.

Blockchain Technology is the first successful Bitcoin Network. It enables the ledger to become more decentralized and secure. Since it is not limited to bitcoin and controlled by third parties by government, corporations, or banks, the Technology is capturing several industries, including cryptocurrency, infrastructure& hardware, financial Technology, Internet & mobile and so on. Blockchain is used as a public ledger to verify all peer-to-peer system transactions and maintain traded bitcoin spending from central authorities while bitcoin has distributed transactions. Achieving high Blockchain-based performance and privacy & security are global issues that are desire to be overcome as claims show they are still significant challenges in many Blockchain applications. This paper presents an introduction to Blockchain and the process of this Technology in the way of outlining Blockchain types. Also, recent advances, challenges, real economy integration, and current situations of this Technology have been listed.

Considering the present situation of Science and Technology trends, shows the inefficient system of technological activities in Iran. With reference to the new responsibility of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in Islamic Republic of iran, and based on Iranian Five Years Plan for economical, social and cultural Development, this study looks at the main dimensions( legal framework, human resource, Institutions, infrastructure and management) of the Technology Development system. The main output of this research consists of the preparation of an analytical study which intended to serve as a strategic framework and operational tools for policy making in Technology Development at the national level.

Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

Technology Development as a major and vital strategy for sustainable Development and knowledge-based economy is an inevitable fact which must be studied from various aspects and the benefits of its different approaches also be considered. The paper discusses the concepts of Technology Development, Technology transfer, Technology cycle as well as the industrial ecosystems required for their proper utilization. Considering and using the concept of Technology cycle in technological processes within a proper environment can create sustainable economical value and facilitate the TBF & TNBF activities. The reasons why Technology cycle in a proper environment can make sustainable economical value through models of innovation enhancement, promotion of research investment, increasing the technological training capacity and extending research institutions are also discussed and studied.

Nowadays, research has been received a great attention due to innovation and also the innovation is being observed because of economic wealth. In present world, the concept of research has lost its meaning from the cultural point of view, while its and economical function has been greatly magnified. Commercialization is the important part of innovation process and no Technology and product would come into market successfully without it. Producing contexts for knowledge and Technology, can create noticeable economical values for organizations, and also leads to economical and technological growth of the society. In this paper, we try to introduce the Technology commercialization and its process, and also reviewing the importance of Technology commercialization and its role in Development of new technologies. Along with it, the important functions which are effective in Technology commercialization and its success, classification, and Technology commercialization risks will be reviewed.

Establishing science and Technology parks (STPs) and Incubators has had a considerable acceleration in the world because of their key role and functions of developing innovation and technological infrastructures in all countries. In this paper the authors try to conduct an appropriate survey on STPs and incubators’ literature and definitions and their functions from various perspectives. By concluding research findings in this field, advantages and effects of STPs on innovation and Technology could be realized from two perspectives: Organizational one covering quick establishing of knowledge-base firms, commercialization of technological ideas and ease in absorbing capital and financing tools, and regional and national one like continuous relationships between universities and industries, creating job opportunities for local experts, transferring functional technologies and improvement of business environments and entrepreneurship.
